I've been lucky to train with sensei Kawasoe in 2011 and will train with him again later this month. The man is simply a master of the art. Ossu!!

Good kata. But i think the stances are too high, he needs to lower them, zenkutsu and kiba-dachi to gain more power.=)

When someone is that high of a level in shotokan, they don't need very low stances to generate power anymore. It comes from muscle contraction, breathing, internal focus, hip snap and positioning, and foot grip.
