Ok, your information is kind of wrong, you need your throttle stick ALL THE WAY DOWN when you plug the battery into the helicopter, then don't increase throttle until the green light on the 3-in-1/4-in-1 (depending on what model you have) is solid and no longer flashing. You should pretty much instantly have elevator and roll control.
I think you should add annotations to make this clearer to your viewers as it isn't random as to how long it takes as you imply.
