  • I don't know if you've heard of the Lose the Belly Fat cardio interval training, but is it safe to do this workout after that one? also, what about the lower body, you have no workouts for the lower body in this video

    Do it on your knees until u have enough strength to do it on your toes

  • its actually better to look straight ahead when your doing your pushup so you get a better stretch in your chest and abs..not trying to criticize

  • @lobo51 rest minimally - 10-30 seconds.

  • Good exercises using little equipment, but please check your form, especially if the purpose of your video is to provide visual instruction. Your head was hanging lower than your shoulders during the push-ups. There should be a plum line from your head to your feet--no sagging parts or butt in the air.
