FSSJ = False Super Saiyan, which appeared in the DBZ Movie Lord Slug.

ASSJ = Ascended Super Saiyan, which is basically a step below FPSSJ.

USSJ = Ultra Super Saiyan, the form Future Trunks assumed in his attempt to beat Perfect Cell.

The major difference between ASSJ and FPSSJ is that in FPSSJ, you've sustained the form for so long, you're able to easily keep your emotions in check, and Ki consumption goes WAY down.

Goku SSJ1, Vegeta SSJ1, Trunks SSJ1 and Gohan SSJ1 and SSJ2 are the only times we see them do it for the first.
