Peolpe hate Amir Khan is this country not really because he's of indian/pakistani descent. Its because he's an arrogant big headed prick who should be locked up for running that poor person down in his car and leaving them paralysed for life and denying he was there when it happend. Also he was quoted saying in the mirror paper i think that "the reason i wasn't world champion sooner is because of the colour of my skin!" Thats pathetic! Mike Tyson was world champion at 22 and Khan at 23.
One word = Racism! ...ppl go on abt glass chin glass chin but everyone knows its racial hatred nuffin else. Cotto's chin was garbage at 140. he got stunned by paulie of all people yet everyone says he was weight drained (wich i agree wit) but very few ppl believe khan was weight drained...he walked through judahs shots wid ease
I guess you are talking about race/religion...................True, Muslims aren't all that popular in the West considering the current climate, but I think he made a lot of enemies in the UK when he started hitting people in his BMW whilst speeding. That pisses me off. But not to the extent where I hate the man. He is a very good boxer one of the quickest, most talented fighters to ever come out of the UK. All the more better now he is being trained by arguably the best coach around today.
@jockeylad i do not understand how hitting someone with his BMW has pissed everyone off lol .. i mean it wasnt me or u he hit ! the kid he hit has a reason to hate him haha
but true true, the west is not really accepting of the middle east
@PrecisePresenter yeah not saying all are racist, but i am saying that a whole lot of them are
he is not as arrogant as some e.g. bhop and floyd but they also come across as racist themselves
i mean look at the stick he is getting after the judah fight, watched a video made by a black guy, who picked judah to KO khan in dramatic fashion, the guy even believed it himself ...... and after the fight posts a video saying khan is on PEDs, what do you chalk that 1 to ? anti britsih ?
Guerrero vs. Maidana is a tricky one to call - Guerrero is the better boxer, whereas Maidana is just an animal, i'd go for Guererro by UD but anything can really happen in this match.
Why do people praise Mayweather for fighting Victor Ortiz??? Kell Brook would smash Ortiz!
@Adebay0r i say guerrero all the way, he is such a good boxer and its sink or swim time for Maidana after being beaten by Morlaes (oh wait robbery alert)
yeah i do not see ortiz vs mayweather as competitive, you cannot say ortiz is the man at 147 based on 1 good performance
@EuropeanBoxingNews Yeah completely agree (apart from I did score a Maidana win by a few rounds, although a great performance from Morales).
Ortiz vs. Mayweather - well Ortiz has a puncher's chance... He lost to Maidana (who Khan beat), he lost to Peterson (as I scored it) & he beat Berto (an unproven & largely unimpressive champion)... now he's given Mayweather and Ring Magazine are praising Mayweather for taking the fight??
@Adebay0r i cannot see how people think maidana beat morales ! i mean maidana set the pace by winning round 1 comfortably, he landed good punches had morales in trouble and it was a sign of an early night
next he hardly won a round IMO until round 8 because he hasnt landing as many punches, he was eating the jab of morales and at points he was getting put on his heels and backed up by the aging legend ! i mean i think maidana gets alot of points for coming forward, but its not always effective
@EuropeanBoxingNews I watched it live, memory a bit hazy but definitely scored it for Maidana. Thought he came forward, didn't land with everything but did catch Morales with some good shots. Morales was so impressive though, countering Maidana's shots with combinations but I didn't think he did enough to win. Morales impressed me more but Maidana simply landed more shots - CompuBox agrees ;)
@Adebay0r compubox doesnt take everything into account tho lol you could land 100 punches in round 1 and 10 in every other and it would say you won the fight lol
what made me score it for morales was the fact maidana couldnt keep the pace from round 1, he was getting countered with some eye catching shots, but also he was blocking shots, look at how many times he turned away from the shots and had them bouncing off his back and gloves ! anyway i think morales needed the KO just to win
I'm from the U.S. (Cleveland, Ohio to be exact). I like Khan, He has an excellent jab, great in the ring presence (referring to his movements), good power in both hands, & very good conditioning! I really don't question his chin yet, cause plenty of fighters have been KO'd before! When it starts happening on various occassions, then you should worry. Right now, I rank Khan #1 at Jr Welterweight & I have Zab at #3. Khan is great for the sport, I love boxing & he is a good definition of boxing.
It's simple. Most of the hatred comes from the U.K. I'd say mostly because of race. And these people that talk crap about him can moan all they want. Amir is making his money, living his dream, critics will ALWAYS be there in whatever profession so these punks can shut up. Khan has the best appeal in the UK atm, in a way he's actually leading the way for Britain, but they'll still moan.
@SeniorTopCat yeah i see your points, i think he and froch are leading the way, alot of the time its not just race but i think its a major factor .. i mean i would say some of the flack he gets from the US is just because he is British .. im my experience i find that some NOT all but some yanks are very inward looking and forsake anything that is foreign especially when considering the huge rivalry between US and UK
@EuropeanBoxingNews Yeah I know what you mean. Haters will always be there lol. Even Mayweather and Pacman have haters. Some "fans" are just complete twits. Think about it lol. If Froch or Khan weren't in boxing atm, Britain would BARELY have appeal. I know Kell Brook is up and rising star, but the USA has WAY more competitive fighters.
@SeniorTopCat to be honest pal wen your looking at up and coming boxers UK is like 1 year away from having 5 or 6 world champion contenders e.g. Kell Brook (147lbs) Frankie Gavin (140) Kevin Mitchell (134lbs), Stephen Smith (125lbs) , George Groves + James Degale (167lbs), Billy Joe Saunders * he is 21 and being brought forward very slowly i expect big things in a few years , David Price (heavy)
then there are M Macklin , R Burns , N Cleverly, D Barker and McCloskey who are there or about now
@EuropeanBoxingNews Yeah I know lol. I'm talking about appeal. They may be world class soon but they need more coverage. I mean Kell Brook has had 24 fights unbeaten, Mitchell imo can be moulded to greatness, but the problem these days is getting the money and promoters right so they can get the fights they deserve. But we all know money talks these days.
@SeniorTopCat yeah there is alot more that goes into it then just fighting people, with the right promoter you can cherrypick your way to the top or on the flipside you can fight a few good guys, defend a domestic title multiple times against the best people who can challenge and never get a title shot or the fame they deservee.g. Ajose Olusegun has held the commonwealth title for years ! he was told if your a good boxer come to the UK and get fights, since then he has been ducked by everyone
@EuropeanBoxingNews i personally don't think UK is doing bad at all looking at the proportion of champs compared to the US when Britains population is x4 as small (lol i guess that's a viable excuse don't you?)
@SeniorTopCat when looking at the us scene its harder to identify the great young talents from the basic hype jobs .. many you could identify some prospects for me
i mean after watching Mike Jones im not convinced he would last 12 against brook never mind getting a pacman fight, Victor Ortiz is good but he has been beaten before, out punched and outboxed before, V Martirosyan looks good against limited opposition, D Jacobs looks like a US Khan, A ward i do not like, D Wilder should retire now
@SeniorTopCat I hear you but I think its the tabloids that sway that opinion. I am of Pakistani descent and living in the England just like Amir, and most English people do like him and are nice people. Its just idiots on both sides who stir up trouble and give the rest of people on both sides a bad image, and the media/tabloids are the in the middle trying to dictate by printing controversy and hate which most people read. Peace.
Sadly, it does seem like the most obvious reason is race/religion. Just imagine if Amir Khan was... " Joe Smith" instead. With everything else being the same in terms of skill, record, history, etc. I think the British public would have the next Ricky Hatton to love. Certainly there would not be as much hate. I think I can safely say that most of this hate actually comes from the UK from what I can see. Thankfully its not as bad here in the US.
@EuropeanBoxingNews - I have family throughout Europe and there is definitely an under vibe of animosity/fear of the unknown towards Muslims. It may not be obvious to others, but its as obvious as day to the Muslims who experience it. Of course I'm not saying everyone is the same. What I can say is that I was born and raised in the US, and have lived in many different cities and I have not had as bad an experience as some of my relatives in Europe. Denmark especially. Although it does exist here
@jmk1781 yeah i agree it happens everywhere, like i said i have friends who believe in whatever, i mean chirstian friends atheist friends and islamic friends .. and i treat them all the same , give them all the same time of day lol ... maybe its just the way i was brought up or the fact from mixing im just not scared lol
@24736511 which british fighter can fight maidana?? exactly none!! and carl is on a different wieght class. ur point is rubbish because if he was in carl froch weight he would wipe the floor with him. simple
He makes good gestures like giving free fight tickets to the forces and money to charity. I couldn't care less about speeding charges I'm guilty of going over the limit on certain roads too
@24736511 you are right it is his ethnicity ! i would like to point out not everyone is as narrow minded as some and I for 1 have friends of many nationalities
also after 7/7 khan did try to prove that not all muslims are the same and he carried the Union Jack to the ring, i remember it well
@EuropeanBoxingNews beside eveything, to carry the flag is ok but, to carry it because of 7/7 and 911 is obserd. Muslims did not attack the twin tower and there is no proof that 7/7 was by muslims to... its all bull shit excuse to attack and invade muslim countries for resources. its an inside job, and false flag. so fuc u all idoit for thinking its the muslims and fuck khan for being appolagetic for nothing
@olivetribe firstly are you unable to debate without resulting to mindless name calling ? it said in the description keep it clean, it said in the video keep it clean and then still come out swearing an downgrading a healthy debate to mindless name calling .. well done bet you were top of your class
and for the rest of what you said, you need help pal, inside job ... lol i like you olivetribe .. the way you make me laugh
@EuropeanBoxingNews i dont need help pal because i spoke the truth its a fact and u know that deep down. well u aint gonna be those for world peace thats for sure. For some ppl the truth hurts!!
@wadeuss i also thought he needed the loss to bring him back down to earth and since then he has been great, some people need to lose and he was one of them, if he never lost again i wouldnt be bothered
what annoys me are the types of people who seem to lose sleep because of the guy ! i mean its not as if he is bangin their Gf or wife lol
@copperkipper1 im not saying its race that determines how good you are, im saying people hide the fact that there is some kind of negativity towards asians etc and hide it by saying stuff like hes cocky etc.
Khan has grown on me greatly. I have to be honest when he first arrived on the scene he was a bit cocky for my liking and his driving offences made me think that he was a superstar who did what he wanted particularly when he broke that guys leg. I must say the Prescott defeat was the best thing to happen to him because he is a better fighter and more humble person because of it.
@nathfrancis01 i followed the guy from day 1 and he never bothered me with his attitude, what would be worse would be if he never gave 100% and lost loads of fights, but yeah even he says he has changed greatly after his loss
@EuropeanBoxingNews Yea I rmember when he beat Mario Kindelan in a rematch before turning pro I was very excited about seeing him and I thought he was great for the first part of his pro career then he got in trouble for driving offences and I just thought he thought that he could do what he liked and I went off him a bit but then he teamed up with Roach and Golden Boy and things are going well for him. He can't be blamed for being a bit flash because he was a kid thrown into the limelight.
@sham326 aye i believe that the west have adopted a an arms length approach to people from the middle east who happen to be islamic ... people are naive in thinking that all people from that part of the world are the same as the minority who have gave them a bad name
i bet though that if he was an African American Khan would be a global superstar, even if he was white he wouldnt get this amount of stick ... its a shame people cannot look past ethnicity really
@sham326 exactly ! Mayweather is the worst for mind games and pre fight talking and he doesnt get all the stick .. i mean he does get stick for ducking pacman but not that much stick
@michaelowensvr 1 ) runs away ? ok problem with his style fair
2) ducks rematches ? Prescott does not deserve a rematch ! he has done nothing since beating Khan, Maidana won a whole of 4 rounds against Khan why does he deserve a rematch ?
McCloskey was the EBU champion, Lemont asked for too much money, Ortiz picked to fight Berto, Prescott begged for the Payday not deserved
@EuropeanBoxingNews Prescott doesn't deserve a rematch? Maybe. But fight fans worldwide have been wanting to see a rematch for years. And it would've been a much more interesting fight than the garbage McCloskey snoozefest we saw back in April. The Maidana fight was a Fight Of The Year candidate. Khan won the first few rounds with his feather-fisted flurries but Maidana absolutely battered Khan in the later rounds. Khan wants no part of a rematch with either fighter.
@michaelowensvr just going to point out if Khan beat Judah which you hope does not happen lol, and Maidana beats Robert Guerrero then he will be Mandatory again and you will get your rematch
also there are alot of people who DO NOT want to see a prescott rematch, simply because since then he lost to Miguel Vazquez who proved if you get past the first 3 rounds he is easy to outbox, Mitchell then went and proved it again ... surprise surprise we then hear Prescott asking for a Khan rematch
@EuropeanBoxingNews Khan will not fight Maidana again, not a chance. He's already been talking about moving to 147 after the Judah fight (which he should win easily because Judah is shot as hell).
The only people who don't want to see the Prescott rematch are people who don't want to see Khan KTFO again. A lot of people want to see it. And if Prescott is so garbage, why doesn't Khan take the fight and prove a point?
@michaelowensvr for the prescott fight it ends back at the beginning at what is the point lol i mean Khan has went from strength to strength since that fight but prescott has not, plus he is fighting McCloskey next
also what would you think if Paul McC beats prescott ?
also im not sure if he means move to 147 straight away, take what they all say with a pinch of salt, i mean bradley said he wants to fight kahn how things change right
@EuropeanBoxingNews Prescott absolutely crumbled and destroyed Khan in 50 seconds! If Khan is so much better, he should fight Prescott again and PROVE it was a fluke. It would shut a lot of people up (including me) and would show a lot of courage if he got back in the ring with a guy who totally humiliated him. But like I said, he will never rematch him and he won't rematch Maidana.
@EuropeanBoxingNews Both interesting fights. Prescott is faster and has a better jab than McCloskey. But McCloskey has a very awkward style and isn't easy to hit. Tough to call.
I'm choosing Maidana over Guerrero. Although Guerrero did impress me in his last fight against Katsidis. I just think Maidana will be too big, too strong and too powerful.
@michaelowensvr yeah i see prescott vs McCloskey vry tough to call im going with paul via UD but Prescott will be very dangerous in the first few rounds
i am not sure will Maidana Vs Guerrero .. i think the promoters are sacrificing Maidana here, he was awful against Morales, i think erik won, that was supposed to be his big coming out party and he was lucky with that gifted decision, i think they have said sink or swim time marcos
... but Guerrero started as a featherweight so could get KO'd
@EuropeanBoxingNews TOTALLY OWNED HE NEVER ANSWERED YOUR PREVIOUS QUESTION WHEN YOU STATED THAT AMIR KHAN WILL FACE THE WINNER OF OF MAIDANA VS GUERRERO LOL LOLOLOL EXPOSED PURE HATER HAHAHAHA
@Khan12078 thats also the whiole point, i want to prove people wrong through clean debate ... but im sure the guy has reasons for not liking khan and im sure he is a nice person if you got to know him so im not gona judge
@michaelowensvr I think he does have a rematch with Prescott on his agenda. Prescott is young, like Khan, he's not going anywhere and so Khan has no rush to set the record straight.
looking at what you wrote down it seems you have a personal problem with khan, in the fact you dont have much to say about him in the ring other then his style but instead dislike him outside the ring in areas that in the greatest respect you and i do not know the full details of e.g. contracts , his personality as i doubt u have met him
also claiming his fights are fixed sort of shows that no matter what happens you just have a vendetta against Khan
@EuropeanBoxingNews ive been sticking up 4 the guy for 3 years on ESB. he's a decent chap with lots of talent and unlike bradley doesn't duck dificult fights. a year ago people were saying he will NEVER fight anyone with a decent punch. now he fought the biggest puncher in the division they say he's too cocky.
in the end i just give up. its clear people are to thick to understand!
@rozza12320 yeah he does his bit, he fights the people he needs to fight but then some people want to see him fight them again and again .. its not good for business
basically there are loads of people and only 1 has had the balls to come on here and comment that hate him for personal reasons
@michaelowensvr McCloskey fight - mcCloskey was a homecoming fight in MEN arena, A fighter who challeneged Amir..paul had been unbeaten.. & was a southpaw... why wouldn't khan take this fight? especially with Bradley talks (southpaw) Bradley will get killed by Amir Khan & so would Alexander...so that pretty much puts Khan top of 140... & he wants to fight mayweather 2012... so how can you say he ducks fights lol????
@michaelowensvr which fighter is not cocky? i mean u look like a cocky bastard ur self!!! dont talk shit. ur type want the slave trade back where u can get ur shoes shined and shit. u fucking arse hole racist pig
I like Khan, but he annoyed me with the post fight against McCloskey showed real disrespect, but thats nothing really. Ive always liked him, he did revive British boxing slightly who he turned pro.
Just his arrogance, saying stop talking Im world champ and telling McCloskey he was getting battered and almost stop when he clearly wasnt, it annoyed me because Khan isnt normally that arrogant.
@JoeKoBoxing Did you see the full vid which was 20 minutes? Khan only acted the way he did beause the way McCloskey's team kept on interrupting him while he was talking. McCloskley ans his team were disrespectful first.
Peolpe hate Amir Khan is this country not really because he's of indian/pakistani descent. Its because he's an arrogant big headed prick who should be locked up for running that poor person down in his car and leaving them paralysed for life and denying he was there when it happend. @EuropeanBoxingNews beside eveything, to carry the flag is ok but, to carry it because of 7/7 and 911 is obserd. Muslims did not attack the twin tower and there is no proof that 7/7 was by muslims to... its all bull shit excuse to attack and invade muslim countries for resources. its an inside job, and false flag. so fuc u all idoit for thinking its the muslims and fuck khan for being appolagetic for nothing
olivetribe 7 months ago
@olivetribe firstly are you unable to debate without resulting to mindless name calling ? it said in the description keep it clean, it said in the video keep it clean and then still come out swearing an downgrading a healthy debate to mindless name calling .. well done bet you were top of your class

EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews well said. Theres always a bad apple in every community that doesnt mean we are the same
sham326 7 months ago
@copperkipper1 im not saying its race that determines how good you are, im saying people hide the fact that there is some kind of negativity towards asians etc and hide it by saying stuff like hes cocky etc.
sham326 7 months ago
Khan has grown on me greatly. I have to be honest when he first arrived on the scene he was a bit cocky for my liking and his driving offences made me think that he was a superstar who did what he wanted particularly when he broke that guys leg. I must say the Prescott defeat was the best thing to happen to him because he is a better fighter and more humble person because of it.
nathfrancis01 7 months ago
@nathfrancis01 i followed the guy from day 1 and he never bothered me with his attitude, what would be worse would be if he never gave 100% and lost loads of fights, but yeah even he says he has changed greatly after his loss
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews Yea I rmember when he beat Mario Kindelan in a rematch before turning pro I was very excited about seeing him and I thought he was great for the first part of his pro career then he got in trouble for driving offences and I just thought he thought that he could do what he liked and I went off him a bit but then he teamed up with Roach and Golden Boy and things are going well for him. He can't be blamed for being a bit flash because he was a kid thrown into the limelight.
nathfrancis01 7 months ago
i love the boy.

it comes down to race. thats the truth.
sham326 7 months ago
@sham326 aye i believe that the west have adopted a an arms length approach to people from the middle east who happen to be islamic ... people are naive in thinking that all people from that part of the world are the same as the minority who have gave them a bad name
i bet though that if he was an African American Khan would be a global superstar, even if he was white he wouldnt get this amount of stick ... its a shame people cannot look past ethnicity really
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@sham326 you saying race influences how good you can be at boxing?... This is not the truth and the same goes for any fighting sport.
copperkipper1 7 months ago
also i really do believe thati
sham326 7 months ago
the people who say khan is cocky, look at mayweather, haye, toney, kell brook etc people overlook there cockyness.
sham326 7 months ago
@sham326 exactly ! Mayweather is the worst for mind games and pre fight talking and he doesnt get all the stick .. i mean he does get stick for ducking pacman but not that much stick
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
Why do I hate Amir Khan?
1) Runs away
2) Ducks rematches (Prescott, Maidana ect...)
3) Cherrypicks pointless tomato can fights (McCloskey, Barrera...)
4) He's a cocky asshole
5) Most of his fights are fixed
Khan is a good fighter, but is very overrated and I look foward to seeing him getting KTFO again....
michaelowensvr 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr 1 ) runs away ? ok problem with his style fair
2) ducks rematches ? Prescott does not deserve a rematch ! he has done nothing since beating Khan, Maidana won a whole of 4 rounds against Khan why does he deserve a rematch ?
McCloskey was the EBU champion, Lemont asked for too much money, Ortiz picked to fight Berto, Prescott begged for the Payday not deserved
most of his fights are fixed ? explain ?
also why use language ? no need its a debate
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews Prescott doesn't deserve a rematch? Maybe. But fight fans worldwide have been wanting to see a rematch for years. And it would've been a much more interesting fight than the garbage McCloskey snoozefest we saw back in April. The Maidana fight was a Fight Of The Year candidate. Khan won the first few rounds with his feather-fisted flurries but Maidana absolutely battered Khan in the later rounds. Khan wants no part of a rematch with either fighter.
michaelowensvr 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr just going to point out if Khan beat Judah which you hope does not happen lol, and Maidana beats Robert Guerrero then he will be Mandatory again and you will get your rematch
also there are alot of people who DO NOT want to see a prescott rematch, simply because since then he lost to Miguel Vazquez who proved if you get past the first 3 rounds he is easy to outbox, Mitchell then went and proved it again ... surprise surprise we then hear Prescott asking for a Khan rematch
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews Khan will not fight Maidana again, not a chance. He's already been talking about moving to 147 after the Judah fight (which he should win easily because Judah is shot as hell).
The only people who don't want to see the Prescott rematch are people who don't want to see Khan KTFO again. A lot of people want to see it. And if Prescott is so garbage, why doesn't Khan take the fight and prove a point?
michaelowensvr 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr for the prescott fight it ends back at the beginning at what is the point lol i mean Khan has went from strength to strength since that fight but prescott has not, plus he is fighting McCloskey next
also what would you think if Paul McC beats prescott ?
also im not sure if he means move to 147 straight away, take what they all say with a pinch of salt, i mean bradley said he wants to fight kahn how things change right
aww i love our khan debates they are fun
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews Prescott absolutely crumbled and destroyed Khan in 50 seconds! If Khan is so much better, he should fight Prescott again and PROVE it was a fluke. It would shut a lot of people up (including me) and would show a lot of courage if he got back in the ring with a guy who totally humiliated him. But like I said, he will never rematch him and he won't rematch Maidana.
michaelowensvr 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr ok dude well for you lets hope there is one day a rematch, never say never
come on fela tell me .. who do you think will win Prescott vs McCloskey ? and Maidana Vs Guerrero ?
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews Both interesting fights. Prescott is faster and has a better jab than McCloskey. But McCloskey has a very awkward style and isn't easy to hit. Tough to call.
I'm choosing Maidana over Guerrero. Although Guerrero did impress me in his last fight against Katsidis. I just think Maidana will be too big, too strong and too powerful.
michaelowensvr 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr yeah i see prescott vs McCloskey vry tough to call im going with paul via UD but Prescott will be very dangerous in the first few rounds
i am not sure will Maidana Vs Guerrero .. i think the promoters are sacrificing Maidana here, he was awful against Morales, i think erik won, that was supposed to be his big coming out party and he was lucky with that gifted decision, i think they have said sink or swim time marcos
... but Guerrero started as a featherweight so could get KO'd
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews TOTALLY OWNED HE NEVER ANSWERED YOUR PREVIOUS QUESTION WHEN YOU STATED THAT AMIR KHAN WILL FACE THE WINNER OF OF MAIDANA VS GUERRERO LOL LOLOLOL EXPOSED PURE HATER HAHAHAHA
Khan12078 7 months ago
@Khan12078 thats also the whiole point, i want to prove people wrong through clean debate ... but im sure the guy has reasons for not liking khan and im sure he is a nice person if you got to know him so im not gona judge
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews lol yh i guess so, keep destroying guys with your logic peace =)
Khan12078 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr I think he does have a rematch with Prescott on his agenda. Prescott is young, like Khan, he's not going anywhere and so Khan has no rush to set the record straight.
Adebay0r 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr also im not done lol
looking at what you wrote down it seems you have a personal problem with khan, in the fact you dont have much to say about him in the ring other then his style but instead dislike him outside the ring in areas that in the greatest respect you and i do not know the full details of e.g. contracts , his personality as i doubt u have met him
also claiming his fights are fixed sort of shows that no matter what happens you just have a vendetta against Khan
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@EuropeanBoxingNews ive been sticking up 4 the guy for 3 years on ESB. he's a decent chap with lots of talent and unlike bradley doesn't duck dificult fights. a year ago people were saying he will NEVER fight anyone with a decent punch. now he fought the biggest puncher in the division they say he's too cocky.
in the end i just give up. its clear people are to thick to understand!
rozza12320 7 months ago
@rozza12320 yeah he does his bit, he fights the people he needs to fight but then some people want to see him fight them again and again .. its not good for business
basically there are loads of people and only 1 has had the balls to come on here and comment that hate him for personal reasons
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr McCloskey fight - mcCloskey was a homecoming fight in MEN arena, A fighter who challeneged Amir..paul had been unbeaten.. & was a southpaw... why wouldn't khan take this fight? especially with Bradley talks (southpaw) Bradley will get killed by Amir Khan & so would Alexander...so that pretty much puts Khan top of 140... & he wants to fight mayweather 2012... so how can you say he ducks fights lol????
copperkipper1 7 months ago
@michaelowensvr which fighter is not cocky? i mean u look like a cocky bastard ur self!!! dont talk shit. ur type want the slave trade back where u can get ur shoes shined and shit. u fucking arse hole racist pig
olivetribe 7 months ago
@olivetribe hey i said keep it clean clearly no need for that
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
I like Khan, but he annoyed me with the post fight against McCloskey showed real disrespect, but thats nothing really. Ive always liked him, he did revive British boxing slightly who he turned pro.
JoeKoBoxing 7 months ago
@JoeKoBoxing good to hear, all boxers say things after a fight, look at loud mouths like James Toney he shouldnt be allowed to talk haha
EuropeanBoxingNews 7 months ago
@JoeKoBoxing what did he say that was so offensive in that post fight interview?
asianaxeman 7 months ago
@asianaxeman
Just his arrogance, saying stop talking Im world champ and telling McCloskey he was getting battered and almost stop when he clearly wasnt, it annoyed me because Khan isnt normally that arrogant.
JoeKoBoxing 7 months ago
@JoeKoBoxing Did you see the full vid which was 20 minutes? Khan only acted the way he did beause the way McCloskey's team kept on interrupting him while he was talking. McCloskley ans his team were disrespectful first.
maju786 7 months ago
@JoeKoBoxing u guys need to see how amir was disrespected by the irish team... it will make sence as to why he was the way the was
