Be aware!! This doesn't work if you like your boiled eggs runny in the middle. I just tried it and all the yolk exploded onto by hand below leaving the white still in the shell.

It works without anything else added to the water. After they cooked I threw eggs in cold water for 15 secs and then cracked the ends. The egg blew right out. Nice clean, quick job.

Dont fret if your eggs were cold. Just keep sipping on your coffee to keep your breath hotI It took 2 tries on a few of the eggs, but I gave em a slight queeze while blowing through the shell and the egg came right out.

Dunk the egg into ice water once it has finished boiling, and leave it for 10-15 seconds or so. The insides of the egg will contract away from the shell, and none of the egg white will stick to the shell. Then, do what this guy did in the video.
