Mwod has had a massive impact on my training and on my life, it will definitely be something that I will continue to progress with even if I stop lifting. Through Mwod I have been able to boost my training and work to prevent injuries, I have helped a few friends get rid of some unhappy dysfunction and have gained a new way of looking at things. So I just wanted to say thanks K-star, it's been fun and I hope there is more to come.

You have raised the monkey bar for all coaches, trainers, teachers and movement professionals. You have spawned new ideas for me that have helped my students, clients and myself immensely.
