  • Kelly, congratulations on the completion of your goal to post 365 videos! I am a physiotherapist in Cambridge Ontario. Over the course of this project I have opened my own physiotherapy practice and now my own CrossFit gym (CrossFit Rebuild). You are an inspiration and I wish you nothing but continued success!

Mwod has had a massive impact on my training and on my life, it will definitely be something that I will continue to progress with even if I stop lifting. Through Mwod I have been able to boost my training and work to prevent injuries, I have helped a few friends get rid of some unhappy dysfunction and have gained a new way of looking at things. So I just wanted to say thanks K-star, it's been fun and I hope there is more to come.

  • I found these toward the end, but it has been a game changer for me. 10 minute squat test is beast! Mobility has elimated my back pain (herniated disk) caused by tight psoas and hammies.
