You know what I'm so tired of hearing all these people talking about free the whales free Tilly you know what yall need to go sit down somewhere because yall not thinking smart okay.If you put those whales back in the ocean do you think that they will get all that they are getting now they get fish when they want to they do what they want when they want. They are not in a whale jail I don't care that they tanks are too small at least this whale are getting taken care of. They don't have to.

It sickens me to watch this. Killer whales are the worlds most beautiful animals, they deserve their freedom and not to be kept in a tiny 'pond' to be 'aahhh' ed in America or any other place in the world. Something should be done about this, this video has reduced me to tears, if anyone else has a heart out there you will understand and want to fight against whales in captivity.

The whale that killed that lady was taken away from it's girlfriend and child. Most likely the female died of grief. Whale r almost like humans with heart and soul!

@gayproud1 There's a video of Taima with Tilly two weeks before she died. They were not separated. They were together most of the time after Dawn died because Tilly wasn't in the shows and Taima was too far along to perform much.

@Hkepfer no they don't, because they need a very, very big area to swim. if you keep them in a man-made tank, it often result in suicides and attack on humans because to them a pool is really small. Sea World's tanks are already very expensive, and theirs are not big enough. and not to mention that in the wild they travel with thier family, and that's a lot of orcas to keep in a swimming pool

@godzillabots I asked a similar question when I went to the underwater viewing area at SWO only to find Tillikum swimming alone. The trainer told me that male adult Orcas will tend to swim off on their own. That's most likealy the reason why he isn't in the same pool as the others.
