yea eh thats true they made the forum into a mall/ resturaut my dad deliverd dishes to the resturaunt there and i sawa habs game there as well back in the day but i was little at the time
least they kept the Center Ice in there still and like 20 seats of the Forum there just to make it feel like you've been there.........fuck man why do the great buildings have to die?
i go to school nearby, and park my car in the underground parking, so im in there often and i get chills every single time im there, not a time goes by when i remember what the building once was and the legends it was home to, at least it is still standing unlike the majority of the original six arenas
@italstallion06 there is not one memorabilia of the forum in that place they put up a giant screen to pay tribute to the forum and the canadiens never been used they took down everything that resembles the place and what it used to be of course they still kept it up but once you enter the building the feeling is gone the dressing room is gone the clock is gone they could have kept that what they should have turned it into was a habs hall of fame and kept the ice
@lanterisalvatore i dont know, it felt a lot of chills 2nite in there watching the game in the sports bar in the 4th floor, knowin it was within those very walls the habs hoisted lord stanely 17 long yrs ago
@azbaldy5 I went in 1978 with the Cleveland Barons boosters and it was amazing. One thing I wonder, They had a constantly pounding organ there, but I can't find any videos about it.
