I do agree with you and I did mention it that there is slight draw when I first connect the 12,000uf bank but how can it keep the load of the 10 ohm resistor at 3vdc going? (I = U/R = 3 / 10 = 0,3 Ampere P = V*I = 3 * 0,3 = 0,9 Watt) which is 9 watts without showing an increase in draw from the input?
hmm hmm, are they the special capacitors ? like those put into camera flash ? that would explain we are deceived , because normal electronic capacitors are unable to quickly charge from radiant energy

you must be using the rise at resonance voltage only when charging the caps.
there is no earth on that setup is there?
