His voice sounds lonely without Phil : ) In a documentary, someone in the music business said that the reason they weren't more successful in their solo careers was that people wouldn't buy records because they felt they were getting only 1/2 of the Everly brothers...and couldn't separate them in their minds. Too bad, cause they're so great solo. But I'm glad they got back together.

Great video! Don was always a superb singer but I love the expressiveness he developed as he got older. I have never seen him and/or Phil perform live, would drive across the country for that.

I love this video. Great to see Don singing with such expression and warmth on his face. He has a magnificent voice which is of course enhanced by Phil's harmony. It is a mystery why Don didn't have a more successful solo career. In any case, they are brilliant together and I would kill to see them live today in 2009. Most importantly, I hope they are both happy and in good health. I could not bear the thought of losing them. I heard Don's first wife recently passed away.
