  • @wht1zzfe you won't taste the mustard, it simply holds the rub to the ribs better and gives it a nice crust (layer). Been using mustard for nearly 10 years for all my BBQ... ribs, brisket, pulled pork shoulder. YUMMY! :)

  • @myprettylittlebaby Oven works just fine, one way i do it is i'll add the rub to it along with some sliced onions on top, add whatever flavor of liquid smoke, have a thin layer of olive oil in the bake pan, heat up the oven to 300 degrees and let it bake about 3 to 3 1/2 hours cover it with foil. It comes out really moist. sometimes its hard for me to decide what i like better, oven or smoked. smoking it is great cuz i love to kick back with my favorite beer outside with friends

  • Thats not a Weber Performer its a Weber Platinum. Also, He really should have the Lid turned around so the vent is directly above the meat, not the heat. That way the smoke will draw across the meat and flavor it. As it is in this video the smoke will exit the cooker with little actually getting to the ribs.

  • @TheSavageOne89 he is using a weber performer, which is just a standard weber 22 1/2" with a table attached to it. One chimney starter of standard kingsford is good for 4-5 hours of 250 degrees with the vents adjusted properly on a grill that size. Don't open the grill often or for very long, and just lump it all on one side, unlike what the manuals tell you, 2 smaller piles will lose heat faster, and you'll have to add some before they are done.

  • I made these today with a dry rub i got off their website and lemme tell ya, it was GOOD. They came out fall off the bone with no boiling or trickery in 2 hours flat. awesome recipe only drawback is there were no leftovers lol. top notch video keep em coming

  • recipe for the best ribs:

    1. get baby back ribs

    2. apply rub- salt, pepper, garlic, cayanne, onion salt, etc. (be liberal with rub)

    3. rap in tin foil

    4. bake at 250 degrees for two hours in oven

    5. take ribs out of tin foil and place on CHARCOAL grill.

    6 apply barbecue sauce and flip, apply bbq sauce and flip, Constantly flip

    7. grill for 5-10 minutes.

    8. EAT THE BEST RIBS U EVER HAD

  • I grill and smoke different meats all the time, but it's nice to see how others do it. I don't know this guys name but he does a good job describing what and how he prepares it. I smoke with different woods like orange, grapefruit, and pecan. If you use a softer wood like pecan just soak it in water first. So whatever your name is keep up the cooking and where did you get those old knives?? That clever is awesome, looks like it's 100 yrs. old
