Denise is beautiful, energetic and stronger than she looks. I've grabbed a pair of 5's and worked out with her. They get heavy after a while. Vid 104 is the hardest I've found for her upper body workouts.
she'll get you in shape for sure!!!!! LOL. She's beautiful and motivating. You just want to tune in every day to see if you can make it through an entire episode with her. She's also sincere and loves what she does and that makes it all worth while. :)
