I kind of recommend NOT getting the shotgun before starting this mission. That is for new players only, Because i'm pretty sure this is the mission that teaches you how to do hand-to-hand combat :). Also i agree with Mrlacob, Narration would be nice

Yea but when do you ever need to do hand-to-hand combat in the rest of the game? You get a gun in mission 7 and after that, you just keep getting more throughout the game!

Personally, I think the hand to hand combat in GTA IV is crap. Niko always pushes instead of punches, and when he does punch he generally misses. It worked a bit better on the xbox360 version, but for PC it just seems real glitchy and hard to use.
