  • I just love that MUSIC!

  • where did you get that pipette?

  • @TheAmyLester We sell those at Bramble Berry too. We call them 'droppers' though. :)

  • "Just SHOVE it in (smiles)" LOLOLOLOL

  • XDD I love the end

  • Anne Marie you are amazing. I love all you videos! I can't wait to try your techniques and give them as gifts. I would love to find an energizing blend and use the ground up loofah in the cold press so ad you washed your skin you can feel the light exfoliation and smell the energizing blend to get your day off to a great start or pick you up for round 2 of the day!

  • @sassylassy01 Thank you so much, what a sweet note. I find that Peppermint essential oil really wakes me up - but I love the smell of citrus too!

  • Shes so fake

  • @thechefasian1 Don't be offensive! I bet you can't do better.

  • Pringleeeeees! xD

  • If it has seeds isn't it a fruit?

  • @littlemisstootsie You are right! Technically Loofah is a fruit - but it is eaten like a vegetable, just like Zucchini.

  • So how long do these keep anyway? I mean the loofa IS a natural thing, does it decompose over time once it's encased in soap?

  • @KewneRain If you wrap it up, this soap is good for at least a year. Since the loofah is dried out it will last for years and years - I've never seen it go bad.

  • I heard there is two types of Loofah. May I ask which you use? Know one is Western so guess the other is Eastern. Love your video's. They are so helpful. Need all the ideas I can get. I am so hooked on making soap.

  • @Jan48111 The loofah I'm using here is grown in Egypt. But I'm not sure what type it is.

  • she acts like my math teacher

  • i almost forgot it was soap- it looks like jello :)

  • When I pour my soap, it has tons of bubbles and the rubbing alcohol is not getting rid of them, no matter how much I spray. What am I doing wrong?

  • @TheSereneSparkle Are the bubbles on top of the soap or stuck inside? If they are inside then you are mixing too vigorously and need to slow down and pour sooner, while the soap is still hot and fluid. that way the bubbles will rise to the surface where you can spritz them. What type of alcohol are you using? You might try 91% Isopropyl alcohol - which can be found in the pharmacy section of most stores. Hope this helps! - Anne-Marie

  • @soapqueentv All the bubbles are on the inside of the soap, it looks clouded, so I'll try that. Thanks so much for responding, love your channel!

  • Just made these. They look AMAZING!

  • @arieswitch376 yay! that's so great to hear. Thanks for sharing.

  • What does loofah do?

  • @courtneyaaronj It is a natural exfoliant. So it helps to scrub away dead skin. Not to mention it looks cool!

  • lol you should do a blopper reel from all the videos

    love the loffa soap:)

  • @sparkleintheyes Yes we should. The bloopers seem to be everyone's favorite part! :)

  • @soapqueentv Yesterday, I came down to Otion and met Kat where she helped me make M&P soap! I was amazing! Bellingham is an amazing and beautiful city! Your shop is amazing too! I'm gonna come back in August.

  • You can grow your own Luffa! I did its fun! and you get a TON of luffa! I posted my video so you can see how I grow it, dry it an peel it.

  • YEAH! OMG MORE VIDEOS! Thank you!:)

  • makes me want to make soap!!!

  • Jelly soap tutorial!!

  • @78903pinky That's a great idea - thanks!

  • @soapqueentv thank you!! and by the way i love all of your videos!!!!

  • Why is the alcohol so important?

  • @spiotticd so there wont be airbubbles!

  • @spiotticd @booboobunni is correct. The rubbing alcohol gets rid of air bubbles. And it also helps soap layers to adhere together. You should check out some of my earlier episodes where I explain that a little better - like episode 12 on layers.

    Happy Soaping!

    Anne-Marie

  • @soapqueentv Thanks so much! After I typed it I got a hankering for soapmaking and pulled out my spritzer of alcohol. I was amazed how smooth my soap was after I pulled it from the mold! Thanks!
