  • The LEDs must have taken a lot of work to get working right, but they really give Box that little something extra. Definitely one of the nicer projects I've seen on YouTube.

  • Many thanks - the LEDs, as noted in my comment below, are just replaced and rewired from the original toy, so it wasn't too tricky, but it definitely does make for a better visual experience.

  • best LED job ive ever seen on a custom box

  • Thanks! Credit for the programming goes to Fisher Price, as I just rewired the existing LEDs and placed them on the box. Baby ball toys are great for bending projects.

  • dude, you could sample those sounds and make a video game!

  • what to was that? nice LED'S, they look awesome!

  • OH MY GOD....at first it was all happy circus music....then it all went to hell....lol.....

  • That's a buttery little box you got there!

  • indeed it is, and bless your heart for saying so.

  • that thing is ballin'!

  • thanks!

  • Excellent demonstration. Whether you intended it or not, the video is a great introduction to circuit-bending... all you need is a picture of the inside.

I like that you can hear the original sound, and with the first modifications, you can still hear the relationship to the original.

  • thanks very much - my intent was to make an incredibly entertaining video of a genius device of my own brilliant invention. i think we can all agree i was successful in this endeavor. pictures of the insides of this poor thing might only serve to confuse the masses, as my methods aren't very clean or helpful, overall.

  • hey man, diggin this shizzle, you fancy explainging a bit of what you've put onto that bad boy, some of the sounds are nuts!!!! I like the one that sounds kinda like an envelope filter, schweeet

    ...d

  • all it is inside is a taken apart baby noisemaking/light toy that has been circuit bent with new switches and dials to control the glitches that are made between spots on the circuit board - nothing fancy to it, really.

  • lmao

  • sweet bend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks very much!

  • This is a barnyard of fun..

  • Yes, or at least fun in the size of a large area of indeterminate origin. (I don't want to leave out airfields or warehouse shopping centers).
