  • Just wondering but what do you do for a living ? I was wondering because how can you afford to buy rabbits and large rats for all those big snakes and build all thos cages that cant be cheep i mean i have 2 burms and it costs alot too look after them let alone all the ones you have ?

  • @reptilemad43 i'm a student in secondary school (the same as highschool in america) i get my rats and rabbits at trade price because i buy so much at once and i get the materials for the cages at a good price because they guy who sells the wood is a friend of my dad.

  • @TarantulaAddict i got this as a baby from someone who got if off bob clark. cost 120euro/$150/£100

  • Fuck I was thinkn of getting a snapper 2 125 quid , how much wer u gonna pay

  • @YAQ91 if things dont work out with my guy we might sort something ;)

  • all look class m8 you should defo get a tegu thay are class the only thing i have to sa is get ready to be skint it will eat you out of house and home lol o and get a msive viv if the lizard thinks it is to small it wll just smash its wa out thats wot hapond when i got mine lol

  • @krox2008 yerra its not like i'm rich as it is lol, i'd rather be a broke reptile keeper then be rich and no animals! payin out another 600quid on frozen food this week to keep the snakes going for another 4-5 months.

  • @snakeboi1994

thats nothing i spend about £60 to £65 a week plus heat bulbs and uv tubes and the electricity bill is not cheep either lol

  • @krox2008 oh lads dont talk to me about leccy. and with bulbs i dont bother with the light bulbs with the snakes, either mats or ceramics, and the tegu will get a ceramic and a uv tube.

it'll be gettin a big cage, either 4x2 or 6x3 depending on its size. and then most likley an upgrade

  • @snakeboi1994 sounds cool m8 but you carnt just use ceramisc for the tegu he will struggle to find his basking spot you should get your self a couple of par38 halogen bulbs (you can get them for most hard ware store or on ebay) and a dimmer stat and then just use a ceramic or tube heater on a pulse stat for back ground and night heating

  • @krox2008 what i might do is use a powersun/mvb for daytime for both heat and uv, and a ceramic for night. what cant you use just a ceramic for heat btw? never heard that before

  • @snakeboi1994 coz the lizard finds it basking spot by the light not just the heat ans as i sa i would go for the halogen bilbs as thay are like £4 each and a power sun is like £45 and you will need atleast 2 bulbs as you need a basking spot the size of the lizard 1 buld isunt big enough i have 2 bulbs in mine but when i bild his new viv he will have 3 as he is a bit big for 2 now

  • @krox2008

the other thing about power suns is that you wull find it hard to get the basking spot right coz of the hight wattage the halogen bulbs i use are only 80w 2 of them work a lot beter that 1 150w as the 150w will just over heat a small spot up not a big basking area
