Rashton did not do this, I looked at his results it does not follow scientific principles at all! I understand what Rashton did very well (I read it) but NOT in a scientific context because it doesn't make sense. On brain size what I meant was how does he determine that brain size is any indication of intelligence? I'm telling you now it is not, size is irrelevant, what is important is neuronal connections (number & speed).
Ask urself, is it science if you compile the work of other scientists and come to your own conclusion???

His methodology seems to be basically applying the r/K selection theory (which, is for sex, reproduction, and environment) to race and intelligence, how? I'm still searching on his reasoning of how applying this thoery works....
