Im 17 and learned this song when i was just 16. I now want a looper so i can attempt to pull this off just as well as you did :) How much does a looper go for? and what brand name looper did you use? any effects with that?
Excellent! This one is a challenge no doubt and you play it great! Just a question... when you do the main lick are you double thumbing it or slapping it? I do it double thumb way, but from the angle of your thumb it looks like your slapping it. I maybe wrong, so please correct me otherwise. I just wanted to say that if thats the case, then its pretty mindblowing you can play it that way and have it sound that clean! I could never do it that way. Great job! My favorite cover of this tune!!
@ZappaFan101 Thanks for commenting; I hate to disappoint you but in the mean lick i just used single slap. in the middle of the song (the slap solo part) i did a little bit of double thumb. anyway i've tried using double thumb on the main lick but you will always get a more powerful tone from the single slap. at the end the wrist muscle is stronger than the thumb one. thank you

in this song i use the looper that comes with the Boss GT-10. recently i got the rc-50 loop station also from boss. it works good
