I'm a country boy, born and raised. I live FAAARRR from the city. I barely see chevys around, everyone out here knows ford's are the way to go. We work hard, haul fire wood, boats, camper trailers up and down dirt roads. Ive NEVER worked on my dad's f-150, but I've worked on my grandpa's gm more than a dozen in the last 6 months and he doesn't do any hauling with it.

Yeah, have to agree with you. I don't see Chevys or Dodges out my way. What I do see are F-150s, F-250s, F-350's, Rangers, and the occasional old Toyota pickup.

Have my Chevys had any problems? No. My dads Ford has had both alternators replaced a week after he bought it, and constantly breaks down. It is also a work truck. There is no "better". It all matters on how you take care of your cars and trucks. If you treat it like shit, it will be shit.

@makattak88 An F-150 does all that? Highly doubtful. An F-150 is a waste of a truck in my opinion. I'm not trying to say that Fords suck, but its a tiny truck with not a lot of power. If you really knew what you were talking about you'd know that MOST people in the country doing that type of work have duallys to start. And they usually have a diesel so it lasts a while longer.

Chevy has soft ass suspension, not best for hauling or towing, Ford has very stiff suspension, best for hauling and towing. For being a truck, Fords are great and by far the best truck out there, for luxury, sure Chevy can have that, but who buys a truck as an everyday driver?

The Silverado was by far the weakest and had the most trouble pulling our ditch witch's. Honda is good? Do you drive? Are you old enough to drive? Honda is shit. Whats good about a Honda?
