oh my gosh my heart's opening up. I played this song on the flute in our jazz-combo and never knew there where lyrics existing and moreover a Nat King Cole who would sing it so brilliantly. just fell in love with this song again.

After so many years I´ve started realizing that the voices of Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra can´t be compared for they are both unique, divine. I am thankful to life for having been able to listen to both of them and enjoy their greatness.

@kalchgrubernorma I agree. I was raised on the music of Sinatra throughout the 50's and 60's and never heard another male singer of standards until fairly recently when I began broadening my horizons.

The song is an all-time classic and sang gorgeously by nat King Cole but what the ..... is the 'video' about? 3 or 4 leaved clovers are just not 'autumn leaves', besides, it's in no way at the same artistic level as the song or the artist !

i like this version more because nat king cole uses his vibrato better. in some way it really enoys me how edith piaf uses it all the time almost the same way.
