  • do u like the camera?

  • Well, that camera was ok, but i had a problem with 1080p 30 fps and 1080i 60 fps. So i sold it, and I got one that im really really satisfied. Xacti HD 2000.

  • thx

  • @Martins2012 Did you have image stablization on?

  • damn that is some zoom...tripod would make it better.

  • Due to popular demand, I just bought myself a tripod. still think you guys should have paid for it :)

  • haha i have an extra if u want.

  • hongkong???

  • nice and steady lol

  • i miss living in jersey

  • im getting one of these tat amazing quality and it through a window i cant imagine what it like withought

  • tripod....

  • WOW thats insane i could only imagine how much a camera like that would run ya

  • i just bought this camera, cant wait for it to arrive!

  • the quality is fantastic, so i am going to buy this camera right now! cant wait to get it

  • i always wondered this question and ive been making HD tests but is it better to have 60fps or 30?

  • i'm really no expert but i think that 60fps is smoother so use it if you're zooming in a lot without a tripod cos it might shake a lot or when you're filming fast moving things - the downside though is that you're going to have bigger memory. If you're doing a blog or just slow movie capture then 30fps would just do the job.

  • with the 30 fps you get a better quality, and the higher you go...like the 300fps that this camera supports, the lower the quality will get.

  • 60fps is better but takes up more space. But, on this cam the the difference doesn't seem too big, 16Mbps vs 12Mbps at 60 and 30 fps respectively. At 60fps the video is interlaced though (1080i), which can explain the small difference in bit rate. If you are taking video of fast moving objects, then the quality difference is obvious between 1080i and 1080p. Today's HD broadcast is 1080i due to bandwidth issues. Blue-Ray discs support 1080p. I think YouTube does not support 60fps though.

  • only as good as the glass you are shooting through use a tripod with with the windows open

  • Use a steadicam ;)

  • The Panasonic Lumix seems a little better I think?

  • The only better I found on lumix is the optical image stabilizer. Sanyo uses an electronic one much inferior. But The video quality sanyo is better plus sanyo gives us an option to record in 1080p 30fps etc. however, you will need a very powerful PC to play this files.

  • how powerful exactly?
