  • This song is intense :S

  • how do you get marveulous on there because I cant.

  • Wow. I just laughed so hard hearing that nerdy voice in the end. "Conquered! Conquered!" LMAO

    But good work though

  • @flamechamp2003 fkin hilar!

  • @flamechamp2003 Nerds rule the world.

  • go for AAAing the whole game XD

  • Not with Silver Dream in that batch of songs. AA is fine enough for me.

If it's any consolation though, I only have 8 songs left to PFC in any form in the game. Granted some of those aside from the boss songs are going to be really difficult to do and mostly the wrong reasons.

  • YOU

    ARE

    AMAZING.

  • There's really no way you can get better than this.

(besides an AAA, that is xD)

Congrats on your completed game. Congrats on Silver Dream. Congrats on being this awesome!!! I'm still trying to get higher than a C on this. (YEAH 10 C'S FTW) This is an over-the-top song and you made it with an AA. sugoi~

Oh and btw, you're welcome x3

    Congrats again!

  • Eh, there's always room for improvement but at this point it would feel like knocking on wood. I'll still keep playing it though, since there's some songs that I'm still trying to get a AAA out of with hands and gimmicks.

Besides that, there's always my 50% AAA goal for HP1 that I'm still trying to obtain. Needless to say it's MUCH harder when you're forced to read 1x. Also want to attempt to AA Super Samurai. I can A it consistently now.

  • Nothing wrong with a C grade on this, that's where I was at when I first tried this on foot. I do feel like this and Osaka are much better transition songs from 9 to 10 than Super Samurai and tokyoEvolved. Those two were death if you've never played anything like them prior.

  • or an AAAA. My highest score was 68% on expert.

  • Awesome~ Nice Job, congrats on the AA!

  • Wow, your feet must be smokin' after that =D

I'm getting my mat tomorrow, I can't wait to start playing !

  • In actuality, they've survived worse charts than this. The Legend of Max for example.

  • Oh wow. I've only A'd that on KB.

  • Last time I played that was a couple years ago and the best I managed then was a B. On KB, I was one great off from a AAA. I could probably A that song now given what I'm capable of doing now as opposed to then.

  • what's KB?

  • Keyboard.

  • Just imagine the boss song that awaits us in DDR Hottest Party 3. All in all, I simply cannot wait. I've gotten so much playtime out of HP2 I trust that the same will be the case in HP3. I know you're looking forward to it as much as I am but until then, continue to make whatever improvements you can. :D

  • At this point, I've actually gone back to try and squeeze more AAAs out of HP1 since in comparison to this I only have a paltry 14 songs AAAd on that game. That and I want to try to AA Super Samurai, which I arguably would've done by now if it wasn't forced 1x.

  • 1:02 - Nice job! That part's a mess. I dunno how to do 1:10 stuff either. You did a fabulous job with 1:38 and the end!

This was great. EXCELLENT JOB! You did it! I knew you would all along. You just had to keep at it. I'm surprised you had breath at the end to talk! :P

As for myself, I doubt I'll ever AA this let alone survive but I can only imagine the feelings that were rushing through your head as you FINALLY beat it!!! Big congrats once again. :D

    (Also, DDRHP2 for title.)

  • It's like I mentioned before in another video post that the song wouldn't be hard to AA if it weren't for a couple parts. What I didn't find out until recently in training mode was that the 16th cluster at 1:36 starts off as a left turn crossover stream. As you can see, once I figured that out it was no longer a major issue. That and toward the end one of the 16th note triplets does a left crossover too, which I forgot to do. Aside from that and some clever doublesteps, it's not that bad.

  • Believe it or not, I actually went and did the Scramble video right after this. Unlike the other Silver Dream video I was still good for another 9 or so. It's MUCH easier to keep your stamina going when you know how to step a song. The biggest thing that tires you out other than the BPM is slinging yourself all over the place trying to run after arrows instead of just stepping them as they come.

  • congrats!
