Arekah is no joke - she's an ex-college Volleyball player & super strong. I'm 6'1" 200lbs and wrestled her last year (she's probably 5'11" 180lbs) - and she kicked my ass. I figured I could handle her because I'm a guy and bigger- but she was much stronger. She pinned me and/or made me submit 15-20 times & I never got her once. I was totally beaten, exhausted, shaking like a leaf and nearly in tears when it was over. Hard for a 40yo man to handle getting beaten so badly by a young woman.
