Simple solution would be to wrap gift cards in a protective packaging before they are brought to the store selves. If the packaging is opened, don't buy it!
...instead of a gift card why dont you jus give cash!?...CASH never expires, it never has any fees, you can use it anywhere, and you cant be scammed like gift cards can...dumb people always gota do things the hard way!...
So,people can just grab a gift card..take it to the back of the store or the bathroom rip off the code write it on a paper and put the gift card back..hmm..
