  • Pelle d'oca allo stato puro.

  • I actually was introduced to Le Orme by the English version of Felona e Serona way back when. It was released on LP on Charisma. Only the Italian version has been released on CD so that's what I have nowadays. I hadn't heard the English version since the mid '80s. Yes, I know, I know, most people think they're better in Italian but for me this was like seeing an old friend you've missed.

  • Why do euro prog bands feel the need to sing in english? Their horrible accents and simplistic translations spoil the music. I recall the New Trolls using the line "....quacks like a frog" on one of their albums translated for english consumption - so bad it's good!

  • I was at this concert ... flew all the way from the Netherlands to this festival to see them and Spock's Beard. One of best concerts I have ever been to.

  • Yes Italian is the best way to take our Le Orme;)

SALUDOS DE MEXICALI, B,C., MEXICO TIERRA PROGRESIVA. PEPE AGUIRRE.

  • Dois Tecladistas?

  • Capolavoro indiscusso del progressive italiano.

  • Holy shit, this is in English. I much prefer Italian for this song. All I speak is English but I only take my Le Orme in Italian!

  • it switches back and forth

  • wait im retarted, its all English

i do prefer the Italian version as well

  • If you mean only the acoustic piece, it's all in English, but the whole video does go back to Italian.

  • C'est Le orme, malgré, il y a une chose a regretter, Felona ¡¡¡en anglais!!!, non c'est un crime, mais il revient le bonheur avec La Solitudine Di Chi Protegere et sur tout avec L'Equilibrio.

    Ciao

    A dopo

  • Semplicemente GRANDI anzi fanno accapponare la pelle.

  • sure, it was Peter Hammil who actually translated the lyrics for the english version of the album... not a good job IMO.

  • As far as I remember there was an English version of the album released back in the 70s

  • why ho why they felt the need to stranslate this song????????

  • So that not only Italian could understand this beautiful piece. I have the release in Italian as weel in the English version. I like both, the music is the same

  • italian people as made an effort for many years to understand other languages..

I feel the sound of is voice is totally differente, in the italian version it feel mesmerising.. becouse he is singing in is own language. don't take this the wrong way

but some pieces do not tranlate well

  • my eldest daughter speak little italian and she feel I been too hard on you.. I'm not sure and disagree

  • Well you're not to hard. I have a view Italian friends and they have also told me about this song. I do understand it very well. Where you from? I come from Holland....

  • I'm originally from Sicily but currently living in England.. only been to Amsterdam.. very beautyful,

  • I prefer Sicily - Italia. Amsterdam is a dirty and lost city. No culture like Italian towns

  • HI THERE

just got back from Sousse, interesting place

fullof history, people seemed very happy....

Sicily is where my heart is love everything about it..
