It's strange that some people assume that white people do not live in Latin-American countries. Who do they think colonized these places? White people live everywhere. For example you can find white skin in Asia, ie. many East Asians have white skintone. In South Asia, Central Asia, and Middle East (West Asia) you can also find white skin.
