F.Y.I. Your interpretation of "quid pro quo" is not the accurate or correct one. The term means to offer something in EXCHANGE for something parallel to what was offered; coming from both parties which are engaged in a 'special' relationship.

plainwain - I was using it in a tongue-in-cheek colloquial fashion. Quintessentially it means "you scratch my back I'll scratch yours". But I was trying to be humorous by changing its meaning a bit to: "I'll torture your soldiers if you torture mine".
