2 of my older brothers have asperger's, and i clicked on this video (we're looking at the possibility of my son now having it). And I just gotta say, loved it! Awesome video that made me smile:)
On a more serious note, I actually have aspergers (but there are loads of people on the internet who are just crap at social skills then go around saying they have it which is annoying) and I love anime. One funny thing is that the character of Haruhi is the most blatantly obvious on-the-autistic-spectrum animated character I've ever come across. I even showed my mother ONE episode (and she usually can't bear to pay attention to anime) and she said 'Yup, definitely an Aspie'
