If tax rates are that high what incentive would anyone have to create wealth and invest in companies. The average investor on Wall St is not some rich person. Many average middle class invest through stocks, bonds, ira's, and 401k's. Why would you invest if it ultimately would yield no return. Why would you tax small business who fall under the "Rich" category who are the job creators. You are basically saying that wealth is bad and should be punished to make it fair.
