  • Thank you for all your videos. It is encouraging because you are so handsome and seem so confident, it is hard to imagine you have suffered like this. Some days I am paralyzed lately because I feel totally disoriented, dizzy and weak. I never drink coke but yes to espresso, green tea, herbal tea and Chocolate. The Chocolate is always a mystery, one group says it is bad others say it is good. ?????

  • Mind power works on everything

  • holyshit.... i knew coke caused it!!!(takes a sip from his coke while he said that) lol but this is my last one, going to water now.... this dude is helping me out alot and thank you man if this is your page.. if i seen you in person id probably hand you a 50 lol

  • a completly understand you. God bless you

  • Let there be no mistake, this fellow KNOWS anxiety very very well! There is much to be learned from him............

  • lol i didn't have no friends when i was 16, i just stayed at home all day on the computer, everyday. I like you though, you sound smart, and just how you talk makes me feel like you have alot of wisdom or something, i can't quite put my finger on it.

  • I have lots of anxiety too. I am afraid of seeing people from school outside of school (like at the mall). I also get panic attacks at the night and also at New Year's Eve as well. I'm not doing so well in school because of my anxiety, especially because I can't remember stuff well.

  • @djsandra1 same here with school.... its the attack of the enemy..

  • very interesting.

  • Thanks for this, it really helps a lot. I suffer from panic attacks, only started recently, but I want to stop them before they get severe.

ANYBODY OUT THERE WITH PANIC OR ANXIETY PROBLEMS: HAVE FAITH. It CAN be fixed. You CAN overcome it. You DONT need medication. You're NOT alone. You're NOT weird. You're NOT going to die. Think positive, things can only get better! It's all in your head.

  • new years eve still make me anxious, because I am a highly sensitive person and feel mass energy..I figure you are too and you felt also the collective"wating for midnight". It's a energetic tension that you can pick up. Knowing it is this to me makes it easier. It;s good to know you cured yourself from it. Greetings from your northern neighbour with anxiety.

  • Going to a hospital thinking your having a heart attack is the worstttttt

  • i know how you feel, thank you .i see myself in you

  • I've had attacks while taking exams too.

For me the worst time for my panic/anxiety attacks is when I'm forced to drive long distances in a car.

  • Interesting comment about the Coca Cola. My first Panic Attack was in a movie theatre too - drinking Coca Cola. Indeed I learn't not to have this drink, because it would soon drop my blood sugar (after rising fast).

  • Generalizing about the anxiety problem is not a good thing. Sometimes anxiety is a message from your inner guide telling U that your destiny is 2 break away from your peers & spend time doing something very different, very profound instead of eating out & going 2 movies. You're right-on about needing help 4 panic attacks, but don't paint anxiety issues with such a broad sweep of the brush. Some of us have "inner guides" who nag us 4 strong reasons like getting on with our great life missions.

  • thanks for sharing your story

  • Its wierd but most of my panic attacks come around midnight or late at night anyone might know why?

  • Same with me! I think it is because of sleep I am not sure. But like I had a zit or something on my chest and I had a panic attack thinking it was cancer or something when it was something not even close to that.

  • I hear ya. I go to boarding school, so usually around "lights out" I have horrible panic attacks.

  • MrP Re "I had a panic attack thinking it was cancer or something when it was something not even close to that. "..

But this type of paranoia is a sure sign of a chronic high level of stress.. Please note my response to hardstyle..it may assist you too. Maybe you could also try to avoid, for a while at least, media exposure (TV and magazines etc) that includes violence, horror, and generaly bad and depressing news..and replace them with pleasant music, only feel good movies, and books etc..?

  • hard.. Try to avoid alcahol and stimulants such as coffee or tea (particularly after about 4pm)..it is also helpful to refrain from eating foods with added sugar altogether,(and to replace e.g. white bread and rice, pasta, etc with only organic wholegrain varieties). All these things (stimulants etc) help put the mind on high alert! If this doesn`t work then try also to do some basic yoga to help relax muscles, and combine this with a simple meditation technique that relaxes the brian. Good luck!

  • Hi. I would say because night-time is a time for relaxation and calm. Then we think - what if we have a panic attack now? It's dark, all my 'help' is in bed - what if I collapse and no one will find me? BAM - Panic Attack starts...... :(

  • i get panic attacks severely in the night too :(

  • Oh woww. I feel soo much better. Alot of what you talked about i deal with today. It reeally sucks bad. You explained it to a T.
