  • Those seats look comfy!

  • your hot dude!

  • Dude didnt know you were a plane spotter

  • It bounced, that's awesome.

  • omg, i was gonna say that i was on the same plane on the same day, but i guess you took it earlier than i did on that day, because we took off from the north runway at lax... but wow! we flew virgin america to sfo on the same exact day! haha thats awesome. :D

  • I never flew this plane

  • LUFTHANSA 747 FTW! :D

  • Im going on Virgin America in a week and I am super excited

  • im leaving wasington DC to LAX on july 20th!

    im 16 and flying ALONEEEE

    im nervous :(

  • Thats a short flight!

  • I'm flying on virgin america for the first time from LAX to Boston on june 25th, i cant wait! xD

  • This airline is amazing! Im gonna fly virgin america for the first time from LAX to Boston on june 25th and i cant wait! xD

  • Very Cool video man!!

going there in 2 weeks. cant wait

  • beautiful video man! sucha nice video! ill be on the same flight to sfo from lax on june 11th! =] cant waitt, what seat were you in

  • @planar11

Thanks for the comments! After doing some research going through my email tickets from three years ago, I sat in seat 18F. Hope you have a good flight in June ;)

  • By the way, which plan was it? Boeing or Airbus?

  • Is it expensive to fly with Virgin? I mean, more expensive than the other carriers (AA, UA, CO..... )

    Awesome video, though.

  • @joseotero82

It's wasn't too expensive, at least flying within California. I had a roundtrip fare from San Francisco to Los Angeles and back for $143 (about €106). Other roundtrip fares can be $119 (€88). It would be a bit more expensive flying from West to East Coast. Also, after checking Wikipedia, they fly Airbus planes. Thanks for the comments!

  • this is a really good video!! perfect amount of interior/exterior footage =]

and you're cute too. WIN WIN!

  • 3:44 Lufthansa :)

  • this seems like a great airline to fly. can't wait to try them out!

  • ive flown us airways air tran american airlines air canada spirit airlines southwest continental and northwest and none of them compare to when i flew virgin america

  • i dont think i will ever fly with them

  • I'm from the east coast, live on the west coast, and they are the ONLY airline I will fly coast to coast.

  • if only they flew to florida :) i might be flying them from seattle to lax

  • virgin america amazing i meen im from london and i use virgin atlantic and i would say the encomy on this plane is like prem encomy on virgin atlantic!

  • Totally right, man! The economy seats are absolutely comfortable. And now Virgin America uses wifi aboard for people with laptops (available for a small fee). It would be great if Virgin Atlantic had wifi too, especially on those long long long transatlantic flights.

  • yep:D but i gues they cant get wi-fi signal out in the ocean if you think about it? if they did thtle be so cool like im 14 years old im flying sfo not virgin this time im trying united bcos virgin wanted over 700 for a ticket each in pounds thats alot.. im geting my laptop before ifly out 20th july hope il b able to use it :D i no they prob wont have wi-fi QQ

  • does the wi-fi cost money? i was just on delta and it costed $9.99

  • yes they charge $12.95 for the entire flight

  • what terminal do they use at LAX?

  • I honestly couldn't tell you. I never use LAX since I live in the north. Maybe they have it on their website?

  • no prob i found out on their website thanks

  • and your in MY favorite seat! Im jealous!

  • looks like they have good service! nice vid bro!

  • That guy who owns Virgin right now is the only guy who actually cares for the customers in the United States unlike Northwest, United, and American. American Airlines sucks.

  • I LOVE VIRGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • virgin rock

    northwest sucks! cock

  • that's my fav airline u are talking about,so both are my favorite.

  • that...is insane...i've always wanted to go to la

  • how long was the flight? Not long I imagine about what 1 hour give or take? I know a flight from Edinburgh to London is about an hour and I think the distance between London and Edinburgh is roughly 400 miles maybe a little more.

  • Nice. Does Virgin America supply headsets or something or do you have to have your own?

  • LOL! United Airlines at 0:16

  • this is very nice video, and airline.what class whas that, and was that A319 or A320

  • great video u posted

  • its my first time being and going to fly in an airplane so this is my fave airline its these top 3

    1.THAI AIRWAYS

    2VIRGIN AMERICA

    3.HAWAIIAN AIRLINES

  • Wow thats awesome! next time im in the US im going to have to fly with them! great job man, Ive been to california, it must be great living there!

  • I like that Virgin America still uses United Airlines terminal and gates.

  • wait wow...is there music always playing!?!?!?

  • Just prior to take-off and after landing.

  • Is there sound on the TVs? Do they give out headphones or something or do you have to supply your own?

  • mdhookey you should fly with virgin atlantic next time i live in england virgin is on best companys in britian and i flown with last year anbd the three class ecconomy premuim econonmy and upper class and the use a340 and b747 and awsome and flying with them and i fying with this year

  • Actually I did fly with Virgin Atlantic when I went over to the UK in January 2003. It's quite a great airline to fly with, I gotta agree. I'd go with them again, but the UK is horrible to travel to right now to Americans (especially for us Californians who are on the other side of the country) thanks to the strong pound and weak dollar.

  • I like longer flights.

  • Great video, but novice pilot it seems. ;) Looks like you got quite the bounce when landing in San Fran. I'm guessing it was pretty windy, but I had to laugh at the bounce. Otherwise, awesome video, looking forward to short hops on VX in the near future.

  • It was a bit of a bouce, but it wasn't as bad as the one I had last week on United from Frankfurt to Chicago. That was quite a racket! Let's hope VX continues to fly since they've asked the feds not to disclose their profit losses.

  • I really enjoyed your video! thanks for sharing! also what kind of camera did you use to record this? the quality is pretty good!

  • Thank you for liking it! I'm still new to this youtube world. Since you asked, my camera is a Sony Cyber-shot 7.2 megapixels. It's a a very handy camera. It's been all over America and Europe with me, and takes great pictures and videos.

  • Well, you and the camera did an excellent job. You should keep doing these videos, they help a lot! Your video made me buy 2 plane tickets with VA.

  • Hi..can i just say i think this guy's cute =]

  • Oh haha, thanks.

  • Awesome. I'm flying Virgin America from Las Vegas to SFO on the 15th. Nervous because I'm slightly wary of airplanes, excited because the plane looks incredible. So if I die in a plane crash, at least I'm going out in style.

  • Is that really what you look like? Please comment back.

  • Ummm, yup...that's what I look like.

  • after watching you video im so pumped to fly VA!

They remind me of Delta's Song

  • Nice video mate, i couldnt help chuckling at the single class config of the A320, truly "Cattle" class, but atleast Virgin looks better than the other peice of shit airlines operating cough cough *AA*

  • Just a correction Virgin America has a FIRST CLASS on all aircrafts.

  • Oh God, AA blows, and UA is just about as bad.

  • us air is even worse

  • 1.How much cost this short trip?

2.the runaway are in bad condition?

  • At the time I purchased the tickets, it was around $49 each way. Their website is pretty good at giving you a breakdown.

As for the runway at SFO in bad condition, it isn't at all. It's just the landing and my shaky camera skills.

  • very well done vid

  • how long are the fly-time from Los angeles to san fransisco

  • 1 hour

  • OMG I HAVE HAD DAN eleVAte account and They come to sea in april or may

  • not bad

  • I liked your video. Very pecific! *hehe*. My best friend and I are flying to SF in January and it's my first time to fly VA and I CAN'T WAIT! =)

  • i was at the airport that morning (5:00 am) we came from honolulu on continental.

  • Hmm. When you said that some of the video channels weren't available, that happened to me on a flight from SFO to JFK via a Delta 757 with almost the same system. Maybe its a known problem?

  • the flight seems smooth, was it?

  • Cool! Thanks for that. I look forward to trying VA out of JFK. I love that the flight attendant still had the basic droney, bored "ladies and gentlman welcome to san fran...". Some things never change.

  • COol man. Good job showing off the features of the plane!

I hope VA comes to Sacramento sometime soon. I'd love to fly it again.
