It seems very logical that hadrosaurs would've been faster than T Rex. Prey is usually faster than its predator or it would need to have some sort of protection. Hadrosaurs didn't have much armor and were to big to climb trees or crawl underground. On the other hand, a T Rex with preserved muscle has yet to be found. It too could've been faster than previously thought.
