During her and Damon's little therapy session in the bathtub, Damon tries to tell her he's not the man Elena wants him to be, the better man. But Andie says maybe that's who he is now and that love changes people. I thought that was pretty wise and felt she was a little more than just another play thing for Damon. She was sort of that outside voice of reason.
