personally, i feel that the main diffrence between kong and monkey vaults is that:

kong vaults, the legs are higher above the body in mid air while the arms pushes the body off and then the legs come down and u start running while in monkey vaults, its generally the same except that your legs go through your hands! lol...thats what i think...either way, all vaults are cool :D
