I used 2 sticks of salted butter (ordinary). The recipe is simple. Chicken breast, rough chop rosemary and mint (to taste) rub with kosher salt, the herbs and olive oil...enjoy. the butter goes in 10 minutes before it finishes. Everything is done on top of the stove.
