Wait a few more years and the whining will come from you too !!! I have MCTD and by the way.....it will kill me ( nice and slow and painful)

I have Raynauds, and yeah it sucks. It could be a lot worst though.. I also have lupus and that is NOT fun at all.. check out my videos and you'll see... but best of luck. You can try taking Ginko.. it helped me for awhile with the raynauds.

Umm, it's hard to explain, but you're feet and hands get REALLY cold, and you have to keep warm, sometimes even in the summer. It's just really hard, because everyone asks why I'm wearing a sweater in 100 degree weather.
