I always dual box to rush myself, transfer, and bot while leeching baal games all on the same ip, I'm doing it right now, I did it back in 2007 and 2002 too. but that's besides the point. you use proxies with D2NT then? do you know if they made proxies available to be used with D2NT 3.1?
do you need each instance of diablo 2 to be on a different IP using proxies? or does blizzard not stack the create game penalties if they're all on different CD keys? cause it seems like you'd get realm down fast running more than 1 bot

@mikehawktv when ever i lauch more then one diablo 2 client i could be in a game and i get d/c usually about 5-10 min but it always happens
