@AJANA7I The 02 and 03 Maximas were the fastest ones ever build. They got significantly slower with that CVT bullshit over the years. I love the look and feel of the G35 it just doesn't have much pop for some reason. I drove one off and on for a year while driving my 03 3.5 Altima and the Altima is a lot faster. Never able to race one though. I've only been able to beat Dodge Hemi and BMWs(Another slow car unless you buy the M)
I have heard this controversy before. I own a 2005 G35 Coupe, never winter driven. I have babied it as much as possible to sponge as much milk out of the engine as possible. I have no modifications on my car- yet. I have raced Altimas before - mind you I do have access to 101 Octane fuel - Atimas are geared different - because they are 4 doors. Also remember when the G first came out, it was king of the road. It was beating everything in its class and price range.

@vVvGenocidevVv depends on what VR6, your right the 12v 175hp VR6 will not beat it even with an S/C. altho the 24v 200hp with an S/C WILL beat a G35 because it will put down well into the 300hp range but, neither 12v or 24v VR6 bone stock will beat the G35 so your absolutely right about a bone stock vr6 losing.

lol 4 cyl. hondas are sad excuses for a car.... i have a 05 g35x lol and i raced all these twin turbo 4 bangers in my 07 TL lol and rape them... lol i even beat them in my 3.0 maxima... fuck a honda... if your going to be smart by a better made car like a Acura....lol oh wait you honda lovers cant afford them thats why you get the poor mans car,.. my cars worth 17k lol all your hondas are worth 5k at most with work haha

@pornyelite74 yes, i did read it and im stating that the supercharger on a VR6 is gonna add alot of horsepower to it, but its not going to be equivalent to the amount of horsepower added onto the 280 that the g35 already has.. and i know 100% that the VR6 will not beat a g35 bone stock. the vr6 is lighter with alot less power and the g35 is heavier but is alottt faster.

@vVvGenocidevVv depends on what VR6, your right the 12v 175hp VR6 will not beat it even with an S/C. altho the 24v 200hp with an S/C WILL beat a G35 because it will put down well into the 300hp range but, neither 12v or 24v VR6 bone stock will beat the G35 so your absolutely right about a bone stock vr6 losing.

@vVvGenocidevVv sorry for the double reply i couldn't fit it all in one reply haha. just thought i'd let you know theres several types of vr6s 2.8 12v, 2.8 24v and then R32's 3.2/3.6 24v which only need a chip to beat a G35 (my friend has a G35, i had an mk4 R32 before the V8 S4) check out my channel i'll try to post more vids of his G35

Like I said, ignorant douches. Only idiots who have no knowledge of cars think that speed is the only important thing. My car has character and quality. It doesn't need to be faster to be more fun to drive (which it is compared to a fake 3 series aka a g35) oh yea and I almost forgot. The g35/350z exhaust note sounds like absolute shit.

TOP SPEED MINI COOPER S = 147 MPH
0-60 MINI COOPER S = 4.7 sec.
The way i think of a "fast car" is one that can go faster than others. Seeing as how you have a mini cooper, i wouldnt talk bad about other people and their "slow cars" until you have one faster.

theres not much to expereince in a fatassed v6. it sounds nice to me but thats about it, id much rather drive a z. the damn g35 cant even have the recycle air option on without ac being on so its pretty much a waste of a feature. and im not a skyline nutswinger, one of my leaster favorite cars.

Haha! I love doing that in Tunnels. Here in Bakersfield, Downtown We have a Tunnel, and My Ranger has a 5.0 Mustang Engine in it and I rev that mother fucker and everyone look's around for like a Mustang. Then They see a Ranger Shaking and they yell, Shut the Fuck up! Then I do it louder and I peel out and it pisses them off. It intimidates ricers too! It's hliarious!
