Ironically, this is how far I got into the game (could never beat cashman) before my friend took back his Dreamcast I borrowed many, many years ago. I need to play this again!

Actually, it can go farther than just underwear. Also, it only works on the second play-through.

I've only ever played the American version so I'm not sure about the Japanese. In the American one, her final battle if she doesn't rescue any of her friends, all her clothes are missing and there are only three convenient (or inconvenient depending on your point of view) scraps of cloth clinging to her body. Two for her nipples and one for her crotch. If I remember right, she shaves down there. That should tell you how small the cloth scrap is.

Well, the levels in Illbleed are generally 50-70 minutes long, so just posting a playthrough wouldn't be too possible (doesn't YouTube have a 10 minute cap)? I'll upload the final scares of the game at some point, too. ;>

Awesome, finally someone uploads some good Illbleed videos!!! Wow, I would have never guessed that, that was the way to beat the boss. These video's are all spoilers for me, since I never got past level 2, and my Dreamcast broke. Oh well, <3 this game!!!
