actually the story has nothing to do with the lyrics at all.

"The video continues the story of "Oh!" in which they meet their malevolent and darker selves in "Oh!"'s end. Then the Oh! video rewinds to the part in which Sooyoung accidentally mishandles a football helmet causing it to spill a cup of milk which causes the computer to crash and to invent the "Black SoShi", the malevolent version of themselves, to emerge from a parallel universe."
