You should put baby oil in his ears twice a day for a few days, then GENTLY flush his ears out with warm water in a ball syringe. NEVER ever place an item smaller than your thumb in his ear. Pushing the wax deeper into the ear can cause infections and damage his ear drum.

since i was very young..

not only I got my ear vacuumed, but the doc recommended to clean ears a least 3 times a week,

with a q-tip, n showed me precisely how to clean 'em..

I haven't had any problems ever since, n that doc

I agree completely. I've had the same problems since I was a baby, and cleaning out my ear wax with a q-tip has prevented me from chronic ear problems.  I've had to go through the vacuuming, flushing it out with hot water, whether they say it or not, I'm doing it.

Hell, even today, I got 2 chunks out of my ear the size of peas, and I clean them daily.
