No Ozzy is not satanist. Sigh, there were some vicious rumors for a while when someone killed themselves, while supposedly listening to Ozzy's music and he was sued. He actually is quite religious, it saddens me how few people actually know that. He is not satanic, he never was, and his music is not the devil's. I love Ozzy and I have for decades. Rock On Ozzy!
