You amaze me to an endless extent... I have a question. You might not respond because this is a very late comment to the video, but I'll really be looking forward to an answer. I started drawing at around 15, but then stopped. I just started again (I'm 16), and you think it's okay for me to start at such an age? I've heard people say they've been drawing since 5, 7, 9, 11 and so on. You think I'll ever be good at drawing anime by starting at this age? I draw almost everyday.. and really enjoy it

I dunno, you have skill, so try making up some of your own characters. Or even try drawing lucy in a pose that you create instead of using video stills for reference. Just throwing out ideas on how to improve your artwork lol. :)
