I don't understand a word, but that makes it just so magical. It's like I totaly lose myself in this to find myself almost moved to tears when it ends. And I feel like every piece of me is filled with the pure emotions of words I seem to understand because of the emotions that touch me so deep. Damn, I love this. <3
@KevinBoodts Not sure if you know, but this was during recording for the Med Sud I Eyrum Vid Spilum Endalaust album, and this is the exact take that was used on the album. So the reason they were quiet for so long after was probably because they were waiting for the producer to tell them that the take was done. They didn't want any background noise over the last piano chord.
Was looking forward to hearing this after reading the glowing comments.
Thanks for sharing, but the audio is far too soft... :(

This is so beautiful. You can see how moved he is when the whole orchestra comes in, just seeing how beautiful of a piece his music has become.

pure magic - and has captured my heart.
I love the fact that the Icelandic originally were fleeing renegades from Norway in the Wiking-era:) Beeing a Norwegian that is.
They still read and speak the "old norse language" as from our saga's.

It's somehow strange because then I can't move and feel my body and the only thing I'm able to do at that moment is to cry
