you really dont need to bleach your hair before dying my hair is dark dark dark brown almost black and i used live colour XXL in red passion or someting like that and the colour came out really good kinda like your finished result and plus it lasts supper long but really depends on how much you wash ur hair, it wuz cheap £3.50 for me in british pounds :D

@atg07LOKA ive used the loreal hicolor highlights in red and magenta and they're extremely drying to your hair but as far as the excellence line-which im pretty sure is a box dye right?-no i havent used it.
