I do audio production for a living and know many lighting engineers but I truely have to say

My old school had a pretty nice setup but my new one, it's a bunch of standard fixtures and 4 Scrollers that just change colour using a colour wheel.

My God. How did you do this. And, if this is all your school's gear I'm seriously jealous. My school thinks it's the cat's meow! We just got 4 adj comscans along with a bunch of regular fixtures and a small haze machine. I wanna go to your school!

i was more impress at the deadmau5 show for the hax tour !! i now that the led screen make all the difference but it a lot more impressive than just some moving head chasing fast but that awsome aniway

Was this done by hand or was it pre-programed? Cause my school does a light show like this ever winter during our winter fine-arts festival and we do it by hand.

@julieherrmann147 In a way both, the version you are seeing is being run on timecode over a midi cable to a pro tools computer. To get the timing actually into the console each cue was manually fired and then adjusted to fine tune. Past that some of the cues have delays, chases, etc. built in to reduce the number of timecode fired cues.

My... god... my school's lighting system is NO WHERE near this. Heck, we don't even have MOVERS. I can't imagine how much work this took...
