Tony Dungy would bring the defense back to its old self i believe, and it would be perfect because we have a franchise QB, something we didnt have when he was here and a better all around offense. Move Rah back to d-coordinator and we could be good again. Also Dungy hasnt had a losing record since his very first year in coaching. GO BUCS!

@hosscat74 normally i disregard silly comments but i just couldnt help myself this time. when dungy was the head coach, they were nearly last in every category of offense/special teams. the very next year, with the addition of keyshawn johnson, gruden electrified that offense by the middle of the season when brad johnson threw 5 td's and 0 ints. giving him a passer rating of 130something. thats because dungy would have never touched a player like keyshawn johnson. gruden made mistakes as head...

Of course dungy is a better coach than gruden. my opion was reffering to who a better coach was for tampa bay. sorry to confuse you.

A strong Defensive head coach and arguably one of the top 5 D coordinators ever. And dont get me wrong. Gruden Is a good coach but when it came down to it he won with what Dungy built. AND he beat his former team in the superbowl so that was an added advantage. What did Gruden do after Sapp, Lynch, And alstott left? Nothing.

Do his actions leading up from High school and through college match what your team is looking for in the locker room. Dez Bryant is a perfect example. Great skill but he is a troublemaker. Well once the defense heard that Monte Kiffin was leaving, the defense went from top ten to 23rd in the league. Then what made matters worse when they fired Jon Gruden and released Derrick Brooks. Now this year has gone terrible but I'm still rooting for my Buccaneers!!!
