  • I guess I am a minimalist, I've been aware of it for a long time, It's the best thing I've ever done for my health, work & personal lifestyle. I plan on limiting work, noise, distractions, distracting people, ideology, technology, expenses, and making everything easier according to my work.

  • Thank you. thank you for your encouragement. I'm seeking "negative space" & that's a positive!

  • @fortbenningmom Bruce Lee said being empty was a good thing, he said empty your mind, which meant to have a clean slate. Imagine the daily use of this principle and what it can do for your health or spiritual practice? that's your negative space.

  • @culturefreedomblog He was also a practical minimalist. As a martial artist, he preaches to have only a few simple techniques and repeat it until it become second nature. That's a very true statement, from combat sport to military and police forces.

  • Negative space is term used in art, as is the term minimalism. Negative space is the space in the picture that is not the focus, but it is still part of the overall aesthetic. I like the comparison.

  • This is basically a 3 minute summary of The Paradox of Choice. Great Book I recommend to all.

  • @Muzik702 Agreed. Everyone should check it out. It opens your eyes to the downsides to too much choice.

  • Get rid of all the distractions and clutter in your life and you will find negative space. It is unoccupied and peaceful, and within it, you will find new life, and be able to breath naturally again.

  • He makes a great point. And I think there is alot to think about there. Thanks for posting.......
