Yes they are. The ONLY reason that this is exploitable is that you type in sv_cheats BEFORE

you join the server. Then you type in perfui, which opens up a window and a menu with options.

Use the "Occulazation Tool"

Check the box "View Occuladers"

You're all set.

No, if all you have to do is type 2 measly things into the console, you won't get banned.

An ADMIN might ban you from 1 SERVER for cheating.

You CAN NOT get VAC banned.
